Losing fat without loosing muscle

    Hi,

    Ive approx 4 weeks left in the gym before I head off on holidays.

    Im looking to trim up a slight bit without loosing muscle if possible.

    I do 3 weight sessions in the gym each week without much cardio.

    I can now push it to 4 sessions each week up untill I finish up so should I be doing maybe 2 cardio, 2 weight sessions or 3 cardio, 1 weight?

    Im taking a supplement for muscle gain also.

    Any help, much appreciated!

    Hi David

    If you are looking to strip some body fat before your holidays, then throw some of these metcons (crossfit type workouts) into your routine twice a week before you head off.

    Replace your cardio with these and keep up the weight sessions.

    Focus on diet for best fat loss results.

    Cut down on carbs, increase protein slightly to compensate - you'd be surprised at the difference you can make in 4 weeks. Shout if you need any help with planning it out.
