So I'm a 6ft3 guy and about 13 stone. I'm fine with my body size, and I eat pretty healthily and eat plenty. However I get light headed and weak sometimes from not eating enough. I was at the doc for something else and mentioned this, she said I need about 3,500 calories a day. But I'm finding it hard to make up the calories because I eat a lot of fruit and veg, and normal meals. Can anyone suggest some healthy high calorie foods to help me out.

I've done some research and I'm gonna start snacking on nuts, raisins, cereal bars, and nutella is supposed to be really good too.

I find anything that is high in good fats to also be high in calories, such as nuts, peanut butter (and all other nut butters), olive oil (and all other oils, sunflower, walnut, avocade etc), avocados, cheese, milk, oily fish etc. If you could drink an extra litre of milk a day you'd be doing great in my opinion as it also has plenty of vitamins and protein.

Yup - +1 to what was echoed above. 1 litre of milk has 600+cals, 100gms nuts around the same. Pour EVOO over salads etc. I'd stay away from the likes of nutella and go in favour of things that are actually nutritous - nut butters are your friend and ridicoulsly easy to OD on.

This seams very high for somebody who is 13 stone.
Unless you are very very active in some sport you failed to mention then I'd get this figure checked.

To require this much you would need a normal type job (i.e. non manual) and be exercising hard 6 or 7 times a week without fail.

Or possible you have a physical job and exercise 3 to 5 times a week?

Based on being around 30 and doing exercise 3 times a week with a normal job I'd say you need around 3000 a day. You can easily check this yourself by imputing your details into a BMR calclator on line and adjusting for activity.

I'm 5,7 and on high days take in 2650 calories which isn't a million miles off. It's easily doable.
