    hi

has anyone ever tried this stuff? i suffer a bit of general anxiety and was looking for something. when the sun shines i dont suffer at all basically so im fairly sure that my serotonin is increased by the sunshine. im trying to get a supplement that will keep my serotonin levels high , would rhodolia be a good choice or should i go for the b vitamins?

You should use both, rhodiola will give you instant relief and is a great restorative herb while the b vits will feed your nervous system and help release the energy from food so good for an energy boost when your really stressed and fatigued.

Almost forgot vit d should be supplemented during the darker months to lift mmods due to lack of sunshine.

thanks for the reply. i have read that you should only use rhodiola for a few months, take a break and start again. i have made sure that the stuff im geting is the proper one, 3% rosavins, a lot of the stuff out there dosent have rosavins at all.

can you recommend a good vitamin b one? should it b a particular b one or just a complete b complex? any particular brand?

As far as i know its very safe and non addictive.Go for a b vitamin complex so all the b vits work in synergy together,a timed released one is meant to be absorbed better but some high strength b vit complexs are taken twice daily so you split them out during the day.such as one with breakfast and one with lunch/dinner.
