Yoga vs Pilates

    Hi guys

    I was thinking of adding a yoga class (ashtanga if that's spelt right!) or pilates once a week to my existing routine and I have had a look around the net but have not really found anything to sway me into which I should go for? So just wondering if anyone who maybe had experience taking both, might be able to recommend which they think may be of more benefit. I don't know too much about either, but my basic goals are to 'tone' up (:)) and increase flexibility and I probably neglect my core (hence considering pilates).
