What can I do that's hopefully free, an will get me fit and toned without making me loose weight.?

Something fun because I'm very bad at keeping things up if I don't enjoy them

The not loosing weight bit is pretty important because I will look ill if I do , but because I have always been skinny iv never got into exercising - and I want to start because I think it will make me feel good and give me something to do..

    Any help appreciated :)

    Howdy!

Do you like team sports? There's always football, camogie, basketball... sure tag rugby even! If you take any sort of sport up you'll have sports specific team training, and then any other training to supplement it (such as some endurance work, conditioning or strength).

If you just want exercise for the sake of it, why not find something like a circuits class or something? There's tons around the place, I've been suprised where I've come across classes in places I'd never assume would host them.

Failing that, you could take up something very gender specific... Pole dancing?! An ex of mine hated the very idea of running, circuits, weights etc, but was mad for the pole dancing. Loved the classes, and got a bit stronger for it too!

A good pilates class would be good for toning you up. Also weights, kettlebells or a circuit class might be good.

Maybe even dance classes or rollerblading. Think a group meet for rollerblading in the phoenix park. Theres loads out there. You just have to think what you might enjoy or something you did before that you enjoyed.
