You need at least one day's rest between each session. Trust me, you'll need it.

    It will.
You need that day in between workouts to recover and allow the muscle to build.

If you are skinny you will also need to eat a lot. As in, spend all day full.
If you don't mind getting a little fat then consider drinking 3-4L of milk a day on top of 3 square meals.

Do it "as is" or find a different program. The exercises in SS are all compound exercises that work a large part of your body at once, you can't easily break it up into chest, back etc.

Unless you know exactly what you're doing and exactly why you're doing it and why it's the right thing to do, you're not going to improve on the program.

This would not be doing the programme which is called Stronglifts.

"EAT like your expecting a famine" (Thanks Token)

I did the SL for around three months. My advice would be

Stick to the program like a religion.
EAT like your expecting a famine (Thanks Token)
Drink as much milk as you can stomach http://stronglifts.com/gomad-milk-squats-gallon-gain-weight/
Make sure your weekly gains are to what the plan sets out. Up by 2.5 kg, apart form Dead Lift)
Eat as much as you can

I put on a stone and a half in the 3 months, and bulked up a fair bit. Lost the skinny look, but I'm still slim...... for now
    For me....
Squat went from a 60 kg up to 105 kg for 5x5!
Dead lift up from 40 kg to 70 kg for 5x5
Over Head up to 47.5 kg
Dead lift up to 110kg (5x1)

If you had of told me I'd be lift the above back in March, i would have said you were a screw lose!

Its a fantastic program and will give a great foundation for you to work on.

And like d'Oracle said. Don't add anything or screw around with the days you work out. If your doing it right then you shouldn't have the energy to do anything else any way IMO.

    Good luck..

I also had great results on the Stronglifts program, and I did it until I began to continually stall due to the high volume. I got a bit of a gut from all the milk but I also got considerably bigger and stronger. Taking the rest days is absolutely vital and not taking them will dramatically impede your gains.

Muscle builds when you're asleep in bed, not when you're under a barbell.
