I find it very hard to sleep unless I have a pillow under my feet raising them slightly. My mother is the same. Anyone else do this? Is there a reason for this other then personal preference

I assuming you just find it more comfortable, that's all.

It takes pressure of your back, is one reason.

I guess I sould have said 'may' take pressure off your back. For example if you have an increased curve in your lower back, lifting your legs, tilts your pelvis back and flattens your lower back...which 'may' take pressure off your back.

Im the exact same. It's gone to the stage now that i need two pillows. I agree it takes pressure off my back but I think it's also a habbit

I've been doing that recently I was just finding it more comfy but the back thing makes sense too
