Well I know its been done to death on this forum but im just looking for peoples opinions on my own situation. First ill give you my details

    24 years old
    5ft 9inches
    63kilos (9.9 stone)

I just rejoined my gym yesterday after about a year and a half (went travelling). So just 3 questions, what particular weights should I be lifting, what should I be eating daily and what suppliments would you recommend. My ideal weight I wat to be is 12 stone. Any help would be really appreciated.

You're pretty much the exact same stats as me (23, 5ft10, 9.9stone) so might some useful info here:

Mainly compound lifts, high weight low reps. If you're doing say more than 12-15 reps you should be adding more weight (generally speaking).

Sort out your diet first before worrying about supplements but once you have it sorted, Start with a good protein (True Whey), multivitamin (Alpha Men) and omega3. I get all mine from myprotein (see sig). I also use a Recovery XS drink after a heavy workout which is a mix of carbs/protein/creatine and other nice things to help you recover quicker.

Read the stickies in this forum for the basics on diet/nutrition/supplements

Have a read through this http://startingstrength.wikia.com.

Personally I would recommend no supplements apart from some fish oils and a multivitamin. At your weight you really just need to eat more.

Your biggest problem will be gaining weight. For the first few months don't worry too much about eating the right food - just get used to eating a lot of food. Try to eat high protein meals rather than high carb meals e.g have a couple of eggs instead of a bag of doritos.
