I'm a 15 yr old girl, 5'4" and 141 pounds. I want to lose around 10-15 more pounds. Just looking for some recommendations for a gym schedule.

I went yesterday and this is what I did:
    10 walking at 6km/h
    10 chest presses
    10 mins rowing
    10 mins cycling
    10 mins epliptical

    Hi OP

The best thing to do is too is see one of the trainers in te gym and ask them to help structure a program for you. As well as that make sure you have your diet in order. Also its good too inculde some weight lifting into your routine as well as cardio. Definatley seek the advice of someone who is qualified too help you and there are some guys on this forum who know there stuff inside and out so i`m sure they`ll help you out.

    All the best

I eat well, hardly ever eat junk food. Chocolate is my big weakness. I eat a hell of a lot of fruit. And just so you know I'm giving up meat for the month of August.

Hi OP - given that you are 15 i would go to an instructor in your gym - one who seems friendly, approachable and knows what they are taking about and interacts with people in the gym. It is a good idea to mix up some cardio exercises like that on the bike/cross trainer/rowing and some resistance training.

On the food front - no need for any crazy diets. Where possible eat foods that are unprocessed/less processed. Veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds, milk, yogurt, oats, eggs, meat and fish like tuna and salmon are great additions to your diet. I understand that at 15 you are going to be eating whatever is handed up on the dinner plate so when you can make good choices or the better one.

Still have your chocolate etc in moderation.

If you`re trying to lose bodyfat op i`d cut fruit down and replace it with veggies. Also dont give up meat you`ll need protien to support muscle recovery/growth and alot of non meat based sources of protien are high in kcals
