Hi all. I want to embark on a healthy diet (might even go veggie, will certainly cut down on meat) and was hoping someone could recommend some good recipe books please. I was initially going to start with the Blazing Salads one, but have read reports they their stuff is not as healthy as they claim, in that they use a lot of margarine and maple syrup. Anyhow, any suggestions at all would be appreciated. I'd like to go as whole food as possible, and use natural and seasonal ingredients, without sugar, wheat or other artificial ingredients.

The Holford Low GL diet cookbook, great receipes in there and no bad unhealthy ingredients in sight. Lots of people dont agree with Patrick Holford but his receipes are good and scrummy. Also, there are great recipes for soup in the sticky here, one of which is a weekly dish in my house now.
