Sailing Bunks - where to buy

    Hi,
I was on the tour of the green dragon racing yacht in Galway last summer and I noticed the fold up bunks on the boat. They were basically a rectangle formed from tubular carbon fibre with material in the middle to sleep / stow gear on.
I'm building a camper van and thought the bunks would be perfect for a lightweight bunk. Does anyone know where I could buy something like this?
    Thanks

These boats and boats like them are made to order, as would the bunks be, so you'll need to find a carbon fibre specialist.

Or you could get a hammock ;)

Their called pipecots. You might have an easier job getting some aluminium ones but youd prob need to look around the UK. Carbon items are usually customised and specially built for the boats or class so hard to come by.
