Right, let me introduce myself: I'm 29, female, literally walking was my thing for last couple of years, i'm not a jogger and never have been. Sister done a marathon last year but i thought "oh i wouldn't be able, she has better limbs etc.". Started jogging few miles a week in early January. Had a joke with friend of mine…
