My 2 week challenge Help!!

    Hi I have just landed myself in a bit of bother. I have been telling my friend a little white lie, - that I have been trying out the c25k podcast that she downloaded for me, (I asked her to do it). I told her that I was on week 3 and loving it - big lie, I have been sitting on my big fat arse but just didn't want to own up. She is all excited about the c25k and has now challenged me to jog 2 miles with her in 2 weeks time!!! Stupidily I said yea and what a great motivator that would be.
    Anyway my question is simply is it possible for me to jog 2 miles in 2 weeks time.
    If it is any advise or training regime would be really appreciated?

    My Stats:
    Age 30
    3 stone overweight
    I enjoy walking but only once a week.
    I did the mini marathon in june.
