I'm sure you're not new to this forum even if you don't post much so to be honest you should really be able to answer that question for yourself(nice one on dropping 3 stone that's no small feat) but I think the best answer that I at least can give you is to have a read of this:

Start drinking milk ... and LOTS of it - 600+ calories in a litre and you could easily drink 2-3 a day.

Eat nuts - almonds/pecans/brazils/ any nut - 5-700 calories per 100gms arnd ridiculously easy to eat lots and lots off them.

    Nut butters.

Things like butter and putting olive oil/ EVOO over salads etc.

Start a decent strength training programme like starting strength or Stronglifts.

    Exactly.

If you think something is wrong then go to your GP by all means. When you dont gain weight you are not eating enough. Eat more. Maybe of you outlined a typical days food consumption as well as your stats it might become more obvious why you are not gaining.

You are all so great guys. Thanks for the information. Actually I am pretty much ok. My health is very ok. I am not sick. I really wanted to gain weight. Maybe I just go to the doctor and have a check up. What do you think?

Eat loads of white bread. Have toast in the mornings. Make sandwiches with chocolate spread (Nutella or whatever) or peanut butter. Each as much as you can and you'll start packing it on. Eat pasta too. As much carbs as you can cram into you. You'll notice the gains after a week or two.
