    itll all about calories in and calories out, you could lose 1/2 stone in 6 weeks by changing you diet alone.... sorting you diet out and exercising will get your there quicker

    I'm not sure why you're asking this to be honest the question is fairly obscure.

    Not to be a prick but go back to the previous thread you posted and have a read of the advice given to you there plenty was offered and the answers given easily cover this question.

    Follow the advise of your previous threads.

    Once the food you eat is whole, real food and the deficit you run is not too large then it's achievable by all means.

    Very interesting... If a certain person exercises 30 minutes a day, that would be good for the health and It can burn lots of calories. But, it is also important to watch your diet. Exercise 30 minutes per day would be useless if you don't watch your diet....
