    Ok im cutting out the crap. trying to shed few pounds new start. any comments or advice much appreciated

    Mon

    8.30
    2 slices br soda bread butter jam, tea

    10.30
    Scrambled egg, beans, tea

    1.30
    boiled chicken breast, mash potatoe, some green veg, gravy

    6.00
    Tuna salad, cottage cheese, lettuce, half pepper, beetroot, tea

    9.30
    Small spoon cottage cheese, tea

    Today

    8.30
    Same

    10.30
    Scrambled egg, 1 slice br soda bread, tea

    1.30
    soup, br bread

    6.00
    same (with bolied chicken instead of tuna)

    Overall it's not bad.

    Is there a reason for boiled chicken breast? And all the tuna? You could try some oily fish some time and a bit of red meat.

    I'd be inclined to start with your second breakfast, rather than your first.

    Is it my imagination or are you very low in healthy fats?

    chicken breast low fat high protein?
    all the tuna? one small tin!

    dont really know what healthy fats are..

    This is just so far..

    Yeah but why boil it?

    You should read the stickies so you can get to know about healthy fats and they're great for advice in general!
