Not much to go on from your post, but for a start you could do weights 3-4 times a week along wit cardio 2-3 times per week, also get up diet sorted

I'd recommend seeing a professional to set you up with an exercise program, provided the injury has been treated and healed up.

Post up your diet so we can see it in detail, it will be a start.

it depends really, some mornings i eat soda bread with some spreadable cheese, other mornings i go eat some tuna with wholemeal bread or indeed the odd one with a big fry up.

lunch i usally have a ham, cheese coleslaw sandwich, yoghurt, choc bar and piece of fruit, dinner can be anything from lasagne, chips egg sausage, take out etc

First thing I would start with is to document everything you eat and drink.

Get a training diary or just even a small notebook.

Document the time and what you ate/drank, and do this at the time of the event, not a couple of hours later or the next day.

After a couple of days of this, you'll notice quantities and your eating patterns.

I don't like the idea of diets, more-so changing your lifestyle in favour of healhy eating with sufficent portion sizes.

What i do is every night, for 20 minutes is to prepare my breakfast/snacks/shakes and lunch for the following day.

Your nutrition is the key to whatever fitness regime you embark on. If that aint right, then the rest is pretty pointless.
