    hi,
    i need your advice,im currently fairly overweight,im 5'8 and about 17 stone,i used to be quite fit,atheltic but since my injury(i broke my ankle,toren ligamanets) i became abit depressed and pilled on the weight:(
    any help,ideas would help!

    As Eileen said post what you eat!!! I wasn't fit and was overweight and broke my ankle very badly, then I lost over 4 stone and got fittish... No point getting depressed, grab your life by the balls and make it what you want!! If you can't run / walk you can swim and not only will it help you loose weight it will help your leg / body heal!!!

    Well im no where as near active as i should though i walk alot because of my job:)
    generally i skip breakfast but when i do have i tuck into some tuna and bread or even the odd fry,for lunch i usually bring a ham,cheese coleslaw sandwich,yoghurt,choc bar and an apple.
    for dinner its mostly convience stuff like chips or lasagne,with the odd fast food meal too

    Don't want to be rude or anything but surely you realise skipping breakfast/the fry/choc bar/chips etc are fairly obvious places for improvement!
