dipping belt?? new programme... :)

    hi just joined....
    a couple of questions,
    ive recently ordered a dipping belt , are they really good i wanna do weighted dips and try some weighted chins too. but mostly dips.
    just started a new training programme too if any1 would comment on it thanks..
    monday- bench press with bent over dumbell/barbell rows
    incline bench with seated cable pulls
    incline flyes with pull ups
    some floor press and close grip press instead of incline sometimes
    finish with push ups and inverted rows
    tuesday- squats 10x10
    glute raises
    split squats
    lunges

    wednesday- explosive sholuder press or split jerks with lat pull down
    standing dbell shouder press with lat raises, supersets
    deadlifts
    thursday - conditioning circuit or hit

    friday or sat - full body workout

    im 22 79kg - 5'8
    bench 75kg reps
    squat 85kg
    trap bar 135kg
    i wanna build up lean muscle in 3 months
    would appreciate advice

    I use a dip belt and like it a lot. If using backpacks they annoy me once you have any decent weight in them they dig into the shoulders. The belted weights also naturally fall inline with your body more. The most taxing exercise I do is weighted negative only dips on rings.

    I also like to squeeze the plates between my legs and partially lift the plates with my knees/legs, seems to give me more power for chins.

    Gymnastic rings & a dipping belt is the greatest combination since beer and pizza!

    So does the belt make s difference in chest and triceps?
