    Hi,

Does anyone know if vitamic c dissolvible tablets would send your blood sugar into orbit? Or is it similar to ingesting a vitamin tablet?

Even if they were pure sugar they wouldn't send your blood sugar into orbit so you've nothing to worry about there. :)

Hehe. They sure are. :D They do use sweeteners to achieve that. Not sure how you feel about that. Doesn't bother me personally.

Well I follow Low GL as much as possible, mainly because I am such a sugar addict so maybe those sweetners may not be ideal. I attend a nutritionist so might ask her. Man, they are nicer than any juice though

Which brand do you use? They sound like they're worth trying. I get the lidl ones and they're pretty tasty stuff.
