Reliable Nutrition Website?

    Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a reliable, informative nutrition website that is not affiliated with any of the supplement/drug companies? Wonderful and all as the internet is I'm so sick of reading conflicting information on every other site I check. I know I should take anything I read with a pinch of salt, and I do try to, but it would be great to have a source I can trust. Unfortunately paying for a nutritionist visit isn't an option right now.

What prompted this post was trying to research extra virgin coconut oil online. It's either fantastic for boosting metabolism, shiny hair and energy levels or it's completely ineffective, depending on the website.

    Any pointers/experiences would be great.
