    hi.
    was playing footer last night(astro) and strerched for the ball and i think ive pulled a muscle in my leg.just below my waist at the front of my leg.im in agony with it.i dont realy have the money to go to an expert.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you're in college chances are they may have a physio you can talk to, no idea what it would cost you or whether it would be free or not.

    Either way you're in agony go see someone before you do yourself anymore damage.

    I have no option but to close this thread.

    It is against the forum charter to ask for or for others to give advice that could be considered medical.
