Icepops?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to lose weight atm and before I started, my biggest downfall was chocolate. I get terrible cravings for sweet things, especially chocolate, so I decided to replace chocolate with ice-pops. So, every day after my dinner when I'm craving something sweet, I have a lidl icepop, just a plain icepop in different flavours, which are 46 calories each. What do you think of this? It satisfies my sugar craving and I thought it would be much better than a 230 calorie aero or something of the sort? The thing is, I'm having a lot of sugar in my diet already, as for breakfast I eat about 6 strawberries, a few grapes and a pot of glenisk probiotic yoghurt. Do you think I should cut out the icepops?

Why not make your own? There are lots of ice-pop mounds around. Fill one with a diet drink of your choice, and maybe some berries as well, and freeze.

You could also mash some berries into some yogurt and freeze that for an ice-cream effect.

My mam eats sugar free jelly for cravings. Very few calories. Maybe you could freeze that for that lovely wibbly wbbly wonder top bity effect?

Have the ice pop. :) 46 calories is nothing.
