    Hey,

Was just wondering if anyone can give me more ideas of meals, mainly for brekki and lunch.

Also, i have a few questions about what i am eating. I think i eat really well and am quite active. So any negatives please point them out.

    Breakfast:
Porridge, raisins or maple syrup - made with water
    or
Large handful of grapes, 6-8 strawberries, 3 tablespoons of greek yougert/natural yougert

Snack: Cup of tea with half tsp sugar

    Lunch:
Salad made with feta cheese, lettuce, grapes, 3 slices of thin ham (or chicken), tomatoes and cucumber. 1 mug Nescafe Cappaccino unsweetned made with water 70kcal per mug
    or
vegtables left over from dinner, carrots, broccolli with 3 slices of thick home cooked lean ham. 1 mug Nescafe Cappaccino unsweetned made with water 70kcal per mug

Snack: Cup of tea with half tsp sugar, handful of grapes/strawberries

    Dinner:
Could be anything meat-wise, chicken, spare ribs, fish or turkey with either salad or vegtables. On the side beetroot and sweetcorn.

Snack: Cup of tea with half tsp sugar

Drink at least 1.5 litres of water throughout the day.

    Questions:
Is greek yougert better than natural yougert? Or would low fat natural yougert be better than all?
Does anyone use maple syrup? Is it fattening/beneficial fats?
I try to avoid white bread, pasta's and potatoes, this ok or should there be some in there?
Was going to put some almonds on my porridge in mornings, would this be good idea?
Does anyone have any good receipies for yeast-free, low calorie brown bread/scones/muffins, might try incorporate these before my jog for energy?

    Sorry with all the questions.

Lastly, i haven't a clue of the calories i consume on a daily basis, can anyone give em an idea with my food intake above???

P.S. I'm 5ft6, weigh 126 pounds, jog 3 x per week and am active on another 2 days at least (walk, horse-ride)
