    Homemade granola -

Add how ever much of these ingredients as you please:

    Porridge oats
    sunflower seeds
    Pumpkin seeds,
    dessicated coconut
chopped nuts of your choice - brazils, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds etc
    dried fruit of your choice
    sunflower oil
    drop of vanilla essence
    two tablespoons of honey.

Gently heat the honey, vanilla essence, sunflower oil. Mix in with the dry ingredients, but leave out the dried fruit. Put into a baking tray.
Heat the oven at 200 degrees and then toast for 25 mins.
Take out the tray let it cool and add dry fruit.

    Eat with natural yogurt.s
