5*5 strong lift + intervals ok?

    Hi guys I'm trying to loose weight and tone up.
    in an effort to keep things new I have gone from alot of cardio stuff to Hiit ( running ) 3 times per week plus, cycle to and from work 8km and the 5*5 strong lift program.

    My question is have I taken out too much of the cardio stuff ?
