Fitness Overhaul Needed!

    I'm looking to completely overhaul my fitness. I'm female, late 20s, relatively fit and healthy ... although fitness levels have been slowly dropping over the last year or so as I haven't been training consistently.

    I want to lose 20 - 30 lbs (9 - 14 Kgs) and get really fit again as I'm planning on doing a charity trek in India next year and need to seriously train for it.

    I've been doing strength training at the gym for the past 5 years and love free weights but work and personal issues meant I stopped prioritising my workouts and can hardly motivate myself to even go in these days.

    I'm putting the gym to one side cos I need a big change - and am due to start bootcamp next week. Apart from power-walking which I do frequently, I have an eliptical crosstrainer at home that I can use and a mountain bike (that I rarely use). Obviously I want to continue resistance training as it's really beneficial both for endurance and strength.


    Can anyone recommend some workout ideas that I can do at home or the park etc inbetween bootcamp sessions? I need to throw myself into things again. (Obviously I'll be working on the food side of things as well)
