    not sure if this is the right thread but i was playing ball last Thurs, and landed on the knee..

    Now, it went like a balloon and I iced the hell out of it and all the sides of my knee are now very green/ purple..

    funny thing is its not at all sore to walk on but is v stiff and that..

    any ideas what we are looking at before I can go jogging again??

    Sorry, but this strays into "Medical Advice" teritory and therefore the thread has been closed.

    It is against the Forum Charter to seek or give medical advice.

    You have an knee injury and nobody here AFAIK is qualifed to diagnose the extent of of this injury and especially not over the Internet.

    So the only advice that can be offered here is to seek the advice of either your GP or a sports physio.
