    We have one that comes round our estate in Bray regularly .. no sign of any name on it apart from all the HB/Walls logos, so maybe it's a franchise type operation? Try the phone number on their contacts page http://www.loveicecream.com/ie_en/contactus/default.aspx and they may be able to put you in touch.

    BTW I'm assuming here you want to hire one for some kind of event rather than buy one :D
