pat kenny is a bore

I find pat kenny to be the most boring presenter on RTE unlike ryan turbidy who livens things up! I have finally been able to watch the late late when its on when ryan was presenting it during the year! I had to switch the tv off when ever pat kenny presented the late late as I'd be ready to fall alseep listening to him! Ryan turbidy's guests are more interesting! what do you think?

Yea, PK is def not up to presenting anything that involves any kind of humour. He's not bad at the old current affairs though. Turbidy's an improvement alright. But how did get that gig over J Ryan etc? Bit of browning I'd say.

I'll never forget seeing him 'interview' Liam Clancy on Tubridy Tonight; Liam was telling a very interesting, poignant story about racism in 1960s America. Ryan decided to completely cut him off with the 'question' "D'you think the Clancys might have been the first rappers?"

I didn't hear of him until he started presenting that saturday live show! he was as boring as ever then aswell. i'm only 25 so didn't have to put up with listening to him for 30 years thank god! :P

He suits others category of entertainment and pleasure. All tastes differ.
And just because I find him boring, I wouldn't wish him ill either as a few (not necessarily here on boards.ie) do by over-reaction.

Pat Kenny is superb on The Frontline. Boring is the tired and outdated ****e that Tubridy does on the Late Late Show. Does he think he is Leno or Letterman?

True that Pat kenny wasn't suited to the Late Late Show but boring is incorrect.

there are two things pat kenny can't deal with; humour and beautiful women. everything else, he's great at, like dealing with little kids or talking about the contemporary crisis going on.

hence i think he's more suited for the frontline than he was for the late late show.

He's a bore to the uneducated fools who listen to late night radio on FM104.

Kenny is a smart, articulated and insightful presenter. He mightn't be the best at light entertainment but he's good at what he is doing at the moment.
