Hope nobody minds this thread or there isn't another.. if so feel free to lock.

Thought we could use this for people wondering when the best time to get to their gym is.

Does anybody know a good time for Westpoint Gym in Blanchardstown - Weekdays and Weekends.

I'd have thought the morning but a friend said it can be quite busy at 6.30!

    Thanks

Majority of gyms would be quite busy 6-8.30 and 1630-1900 weekdays with before/after work people and whatnot

I've found traffic also picks up from 12-2

The people who know this best would be the people who work there as they'll probably have data on trends/times over the course of the whole week.

For me; Friday nights after 8p.m are bliss. Just me and the other anti-social people :pac:
