I was looking through the Home workout thread. This is a brilliant thread, many thanks!!!

I had a full bench but due to another addition to the family I had to sell it just as I was starting to use it. With space being an issue what items should be on my must buy list?

    Hi Branners69

Seeing as space is an issue for you at present, IMHO you could not go far wrong with a over door pull-up/chin-up bar and a couple of Kettle Bells.

For the over door pull-up bar I have and would recommend the one from Irish Lifting. See http://www.irish-lifting.com/doorway-gym-pe-270.html

Irish Lifting do Kettle bells also, but personally I prefer the competition KB's from Buy Kettlebells Dublin. See http://www.buykettlebelldublin.com/products/kettlebells

I would recommend a 12kg abd 16kg bell if you have the funds. Use the 12 kg for getting the technique down and then move onto the 16kg for your workouts.

Throw in a skipping rope and a mat and you should be good to go.

    Best Regards,

    M

agreed - no bench is needed tbh for most things and takes up wayyyy to much space

a good quality mat would help or a yoga mat
