    Hi All,

I'm looking for a workout buddy in the Dublin area for the next 10 weeks.

I've just gotten to the point where I say "Im definitely going to do X today", and then I end up watching tele, but if I'm meeting someone else I'll have to go.

Im looking to loose 2lbs a week for the next 10 weeks.

    Anyone interested, Pm me!

I dont know if you have been recently but Dublin is a pretty big place.
Also what type of work out are you looking to do. Running? Weightlifting? Gymnastics?
Do you have a gym membership already or are you planning on getting one just for 10 weeks? Or will you work out at home? When you say you want to do X What is X?

Also if you wish to lose 2 lbs a week that will be ultimately determined by your diet, not your workout.

The OP was 4 years ago.

He's probably long since resigned to watching tele...

How many calories would you burn hitting F5 every 30 seconds for 4 years?

Half as much as hitting f10

    Doesn't work like that.

    Diminishing returns.

Try somewhere in between for the ultimate workout.

    Cross-F8.

Brah, you should only hit f5 for 45 minutes at a time to increase your test phaggot.
