Can any recommend a proven Low Calorie Protein Shake. Does anyone have any thoughts on the maximuscle one? Want to increase muscle but not necessarily add weight preferably lose some, doing circuit training weights and cardio. Thanks

From my experience anything maximuscle is overpriced, has bad taste and consistency and is nowhere near the best choice.

ON Gold Standard Protein or Dymatize Elite Whey would be the best option!

ideally you'll want to tinker with the cogs and whatnot that make the universe to alter the fundamental laws of thermodynamics.

to gain weight, whether it be in the form of muscle or fat, you need an excess of calories above what you need to live and do your work for the day. to lose weight (fat) you must do the opposite and eat less.

even a high protein diet (which you should be sorting out first and not jumping on the supplement wagon) won't allow you to do both simultaneously. with a good solid programme you may some good initial gains with muscle gain and fat loss, due to your muscles adapting to lifting weights for the first time, but these won't be much and won't last very long.

look Iv'e warned you before...do not advise people to alter the fundamental laws of thermodynamics on this forum.....
