Hi Ladies,

I'm looking for some advice and female perspective on how i should approach a girl with a view to asking her for her number/out for a date etc..
I never see her in a social capacity, i just regularly see her at her place of work, a busy retail business. There is no way i'd have the nerve to ask her in front of her colleagues or other customers so what should i do??
I'm thinking i should say hi to her in the street as she leaves work and just introduce myself and take it from there?? I am naturally shy (at first) and probably will break out in a sweat and get all gammy and start stuttering and end up looking a right fool or worse - a weirdo!
So ladies please help me in going about this the right and proper way
