Weight watcher friendly beef calzone recipe

Hey, I have 250g of minced beef in the freezer, and was thinking a nice chilli mince calzone/ pizza pocket type thing would be lovely for a change. Was just wondering if anyone would have any weight watcher friendly dough recipes for this? i'm awful at portion sizes and dont want to end up with loads of dough left over but…

Hey,
