Switching routines

    Hey,

    I have two seperate workout plans that take 5 days each: one is for muscle building, the other is more circuit training.

    Is it a good idea to switch between them from week to week or stick with one for a period of 6 to 8 weeks and then change?

    You are trying to ride 2 horses....thing is you only have 1 ass.

    You need to pick your battles....are you trying to add mass or improve your fitness/muscular endurance?

    If you were going to do anything I would do them simultaneously rather than alternating them...as in day 1 of the first program followed by day 1 of the second program...that tends to work better.

    Norman..I gave you 2 awesome 3 times a week routines that will work a hell of alot better than those 5x a week. Pick one and stick with it for a few months at least.
