Healthy receipies

This may seem like a strange question so please don't laugh (okay, go ahead and laugh, just don't tell me you did! :o ).

I posted here several weeks ago looking for advice to make my diet healthier and exercise tips looking to improve my overall fitness. I was given great advice which I'm still following (thanks everyone who helped) and now have another query I hope you can help with.

I have a pretty hectic life (work a 50 hour week and do a butt load of volunteer work) so I have to be seriously organised with my diet if I want to eat healthily. So far, I'm doing brilliantly (Four weeks and climbing without chocolate of any description, massive achievement for a chocaholic like myself *gives self pat on the back*) but I've hit a wall with regards my snacks. I'm finding it very easy to keep my main meals healthy and tasty and find it easy to play around with different receipies, but I'm having a harder time of it with the snacks and I'm starting to get bored of them (danger zone for me). As it stands, I always have a piece of fruit or raw veg (like carrot sticks) in my bag or a packet of nuts like cashews, brazils or almonds to ward of the munchies. If I'm not travelling or just going to a friends house then I make sure I have a boiled egg, rye crackers, oatcakes, peanut butter or hommous with me. But I'm getting pretty tired of all these snacks because it gets a bit samey after a while. Can anyone suggest some healthy snack receipies for something like flapjacks that I can carry with me? I've googled such receipies to death but anything I've come up with has too much suger to be very healthy. Flapjacks for example seem to be dripping with honey or treacle, and I don't want to eat that much sugar. I just want a snack that can satisfy me on the go AND be nuitricious (sp?). I can't eat wheat (was diagnosed as wheat intolerant several weeks ago) which is a total pain and limits me somewhat in my food choices. I'm also very slim so weight isn't an issue, I just want to make smarter food choices.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. :)
