    Any Spinning participants out there who might be interested, SPEX; the 6 hour Spin-A-Thon is taking place in Rotterdam on Sunday 24th October this year... it's the biggest annual Spinning(R) event in Europe, amazing atmosphere with about 600 participants and some great Master Instructors (half from UK/US half from the Netherlands) leading the ride...


    (p.s. that track is Afro Celt Soundsystem: Mojave - an amazing climbing track)
