    Hi guys,

Can I get a critique of a new workout plan, which is below. Primary goal is weight loss. Hoping to do it 2 - 3 times a week, with 2 - 3 days of cardio thrown in as well.

    Day 1
    Squat – 3 x 5
    Seated Hamstring Curls – 3 x 10
    Plank – 5 x 60 seconds
    Assisted Chins – 3 x 10
    Incline DB Press – 3 x 10
Decline Twisting Crunch – 2 x 12 on each side.
    DB Shoulder Raise – 3 x 10.
    Dips – 2 x 10

    Day 2
    Deadlift – 3 x 5
    DB Lunges – 2 x 10 on each side.
Side Plank – 3 sets of 45 seconds
    Bench Press – 3 x 5
    DB Flies – 3 x 10
    Hyper Extensions – 3 x 20
    Shoulder Press – 3 x 10
    BB Curls – 3 x 10.

Its based on a plan Will Heffernan gave me before (thanks again), with my own amateur changes thrown in. Hoping to do it in morning before work, so may have to shave a bit off, depending on how long it takes me to get through.

As for diet, I know thats the most important, and have gotten previous advice before which worked well (until a few too many months falling off the wagon).

Any questions, feel free, and thanks.

Why not just stick with Will's original program or take another from ip? Afaik they're up on their site anyway.

Or just email Will and see what he thinks.
Or even post on the IP forum.
If you gonna base your programme on his methods, surely you should get it from the horses mouth?

True. I guessed he might just tell me to stock to what he'd given me! That, and I don't wasn't to take advantage - this is how he earns a living, so if her wants to help, brilliant, but I don't think I should be expecting him to do so, no?

He gave it to me over a year ago. I changed it a bit because I didn't think I'd get through the full workout quick enough in the mornings, so I cut back on some sets and reps.

god i hate it when people post up what they are GOING to do rather than what they are actually currently doing.

Stick to what you were given IMO and i doubt that is the shortened version as it look as if you added in more exercises yourself.
