Just had 1 of those before the gym today & its not my 1st time to use the pre workout formula normally it gives me a great burst of energy, But today for some reason it completely turned my stomach
Was hardly able to get into my rhythm, just kept feeling like i wanted to puke.. Any1 else use this product & get a sluggish feeling..

Thats pretty much a poor indicator of anything.

I wouldnt say that D, theres a shedload of trainin supps banned in Irealnd that are perfectly legal in most other countries, just because its banned in a country doesnt necessarily mean its bad!!

I'm not sure you got me either.

d'Oracle meant, using "something banned somewhere" as a guide to wheter somehting is good, bad, works, dosnt work or basically anythig to do with the product is a pointless way of grading a product.

using "something banned somewhere" as an indicator is pointless as it means its just banned in that particular country for a particular reason.

just because its banned in australia means absolutly nothing at the end of the day.

Did you buy it from the UK?

I heard its a great product but tastes horrible.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 326 ✭✭DARCHA22

i went onto the website and put my details in for a sample about 2 weeks ago, guess what......... no sample haha, was expecting that tbh

If you going use any suppliments I would recommend: Whey Protein + Multi Vitamins anything else is waste of money!

    Wrong

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,686 ✭✭✭RealistSpy

    why?

Excellent source of the essential amino acid, leucine and improves recovery and energy. In my case multi-vitamins incase of any deficiency due to the food I eat.

You cant dismiss absolutely everything else as a waste of money.

well in my case, I get all the protein and vitamins I need from food. Fish oil caps would be a much better choice of supplement for me than whey or vitamin pills. Everyone will have different requirements, so your blanket statement doesn't hold true

Well thats not neceassarily true either. Why dont you just name the ones you think are a waste

    No.
What I meant was the fact that something is banned in Australia is generally a poor indicator of anything. Because they will ban anything in Australia, often with the most shambolic reasoning.

Although I see absolutely no fault in your logic.

I think you meant to say IMO!

I've been using Jack3D the past week of so, and noticeably more energy at the gym, better concentration and able to life past where I stalled a short while back.

Each to their own I guess...

I have spoken to a number of people who would say yes.

really?, are they qualified to say so? or is it just joe bloggs down the gym spreading his wisdom, im intruiged by this

"spoken to a number of people ", who are these people?

kinda cant argue with the science behind some of these.

Im not saying your wrong BTW

Just intersts me how they can be said to be a waste

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,007 ✭✭✭SIX PACK

DiscountSupplements.ie hav it in Stock €45... In their carlow shop you can buy 1 sachet for €2 if you just want to try it.take it before the gym & see what you think. I find it really good on the days im not as motivated or just feel weak.
I dont kno why some people are comparing it to Protien or Creatine. When the product is an Energy supplement.

I found this with NO Shotgun, I used it once and It turned my stomach.
It did have a great effect but my stomach was so messed up I could not get into the rhythm of training I ended up leaving the gym after 20mins and got sick in the car park.

Lads can we please not turn this into another argument. if we wish to discuss the matter in the current trend can it be taken to pm's please. There is no need for an abusive discussion on the forum

I agree, but some people just come onto Boards to start arguements, all i did was ask a question. members on here can be very touchy.

Anyway gonna try Perform xs and see how that goes, its a lot cheaper than DY nox

If not then why did you immediately take the dismissive tone?
Why was it all about who I have spoken to being "Joe Bloggs down the Gym" or asking about their qualifications.

I wonder how people got big and strong before BCAA and Glutamine supps.....

the drifter tried to touch me in the Mod forum. It wasn't pretty.

Anyway, this stuff is full of adrenergic amines, no wonder you were feeling a little ill with all that crap in you. Besides which, those are medicinal products and not for OTC consumption. I'm getting bored of you starting these threads OP.
