Electrical Science tutoring, PLEASE HELP

    Hi I'm doing this on behalf of my brother.

    He is in his final stage of his electical training and needs to pass his final electrical science exam. He breezed every other type of exam in every year and this is the only catagory that gives him trouble and he has failed 3 times. There doesnt seem to be any adaquate tutoring for this exam and my brother really needs help. He needs this to be fully qualified and he just can get over this final hurdle.

    If anyone can provide proper tutoring for this exam my brother and myself would be truly greatful
