Help with tightening tummy!!!!!

    Hi I'm after loosing over 1 stone and aiming for more but unfortunately the tummy muscles are not tightening. At present I am power walking and mixing it with jogging and after that I go on a stepper and also do waist twists. Any suggestions would be great.:confused:

    Back peddling (Lay on back. Hands behind head. Legs up in air. Pretend to peddle as if on a bicycle). Do it until it hurts. Every day.

    do a full body weights program - just use your own body weight to start with.

    Do these exercises for stomach also and stretch -
