Injured hamstring

    I hurt my hamstring yesterday while running.I did not pull it just a strain i think,What should i do know,what exercises can i do,is cycle and swimming ok?

    rest and ice it is the main thing for the first couple of days. i wouldn't cycle tbh but swimming might be alright. to keep fit when i was recovering from a pulled hamstring i used to get those floaty foam things that go between your thighs so you can just use your arms.

    Sorry fire_man any advice given here could lead to you doing serious injury to yourself. There fore it is against the fourm charter to give advice in injuries.
