    Hi thehamo

Sorry but I have to close this thread.

The forum users would have no idea of the seriousness of your injury nor are they able to or for the most part qualified to examine you, therefore are not in a position to recommend squat replacement exercises, as any recommendation could cause an exacerbation of the existing injury.

My advice would be to seek treatment from a qualified professional such as a physio and you could ask they physio for exercise recommendations.

I can recommend 2 physios who I have used and found really good. One is based in Dundrum and the other is based in Dun Laoghaire. PM me if you would like their contact details.

    Best Regards,

    M
