Yes, it does seem to, doesn't it. I'm pretty certain we don't need another 10 pages of this, let alone another 200, but given everybody's fixed positions, this is unlikely to be over by Christmas without executive action.

Enough of people with irreconcilable positions soapboxing at each other.
