Leg Work out for Cycling

    I notice since i stop cycling for a bit and want onto more on building Muscle rather then losing building body fat to put bigger muscles, i notice that my general fitness and running speed has gone down since.

    So i moved off the weight a small bit and went out hitting the roads more.
    what im am asking do anyone have a good Training Program for people who cycle and does weights to grow more a Core muscle and out leg power, i know if you want to build muscle more weight less reps, if for fitness less weight more reps.

    so far i have a program of
    Monday 6:30Am - Arms & back & Shoulders
    Monday 7:00Pm - Spinning

    Tuesday6:30Am - Running 30min & Swim 30mins
    Tuesday7:00Pm - Boxercise

    Wednesday6:30Am - Chest and Tri
    Wednesday7:00Pm - Spinning

    Thursday6:30Am - Legs & Core
    Thursday7:00Pm - Rowing 30mins & Running 15mins

    Friday 5Pm Soccer & 7pm Spinning

    Saturday 1pm Spinning or 60km Bike run

    Sunday Rest.
