    Where is the best place to buy good quality fish oil. Preferably over the counter?

    I buy the Seven Seas ones in Superquinn, havent done me wrong? I'm no expert though, is there a massive difference in fish oils? All health shops have them as well.

    Got mine in boots, but to be honest, the last while i'm eating more salmon / tuna, using olive oil sparingly and using flaxseed in different things.

    Haven't taken fishoils in a while actually.

    i get mine in Boots or with an order from myprotien....but for over the counter...boots...

    Google anything + fish oil and you'll find positive research for just about everything. Cancer, inflammation, skin disorders, heart health and on and on the list goes.

    Personally I tend to cycle my fish oil like all my other supplements...as in I buy whatever happens to be on special...take it till I finish it and repeat that process.
