Hi, How many calories per 100grams do you think would be in the above i.e the loaf that is freshly made in the likes of Superquinn evry day

Same as any other loaf, give or take. I'd say 220-250 calories.

Yep, most bread is about the same kcal (lots), you can check www.mysupermarket.co.uk which has lots of brands and the nutritional info on many of them.
