    in a rush this morning i grabbed one of these

    now im trying to add it to my fitday account as a custome food....it doesnt give a calorie count on the website only kcals....a quick google and a convertor later tells me thats 404000 calories...which clearly isnt right....otherwise ive died from eating this super flapjack and am currently residing in the underworld..

    Anyone any idea how to work out what calories are in this?

    also ive used up 44g or my carb allowance :(

    :confused:The link you provided has the n.v's on it....
    kcals = kilocalaries=calories.

    It is very high for sure - hope it was nice! 8.5 ww pts per portion.

    i do fail at nutrition....

    They're super flapjacks. Mega delicious. They sell them in our canteen. They make them with a bit too much sugar alright, but they do use real butter, which is nice.
